How Can You Fix - Adding min / max buttons to a an userform?

Adding min / max buttons to a an userform

My question has two parts to it
The default userform has only the Close button (X) on the top right corner.
Is it possible to add minimize / maximize buttons.Also is it possble via code, shift the focus from the userform to the workbook without Hiding the userform.
I have noticed that while the userform is loaded, I cannot select, even via mouse click, the workbooks that are currently open.

Go to Start button.
Open Control Panel.
Go to Windows Error Reporting.
Click on System and Maintenance, then click Problem Reports and Solutions.
Next, click Change Settings located on the left side panel of the Problem Reports and Solutions window.
Select an option to configure how you want Windows to look for a solution to your problems. You may allow Windows to do it automatically or ask you every time to check if problem occurs.
Next, click the Advanced settings link.
Select Off to turn off Error Reporting.

Add value of specifc cell in every worksheet in a folder - Office 2007

I have 350 XL files/workbooks for which I need to sum the total value of the same cell in every file. The cell location in each file is identical and no blanks exist in any of the files.
All files are in the same folder.
Each file/workbook has only 1 worksheet.
The worksheet in every file has the same name
Folder example would be C:/user/files
File/workbook names would be File1, File2, File3
Tab/worksheet name would be worksheet
Specific cell to add A1
Is there a relatively simple formula or code to do this? Any and all help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thankyou for your time.

Access the files on your computer via MY COMPUTER
Under the C: drive, access the WINDOWS folder
Select the SOFTWARE DISTRIBUTION folder, followed by the DOWNLOAD folder.
Delete any files within this download folder.
If you are unable to delete these files, open the command prompt (CMD) as the administrator, and type "net stop wuauserv" into the CMD prompt window. Press ENTER. This should allow you to delete the files from step 4.
Once the files are deleted, open and run the CMD as the administrator and type "wuauclt.exe /updatenow". Press ENTER.

Adding Yahoo email to Windows Mail (vista)

I have set up windows mail with ISP's POP3 and SMTP paramters easily enough. So,  *** Email address is removed for privacy *** was no brainer. However, I recently changed ISP's ("Rogers", to "bell") but am able to keep that email account
active. I cannot access through Rogers website, but I "can" access through Yahoo website. I continue to use this email account, but am having difficulty setting up Windows mail (Vista O/S) to send/receive through Yahoo. Note, the
*** Email address is removed for privacy *** is a freebie account, not a paid subscription.   How do I configure Windows mail to send/receive emails from this account? No idea what POP or SMTP parameters would be. And even "less" about SSL
and Ports!    Anybody does this before?

Boot in Safe Mode:

Open Run command as previously described
Type MSConfig
Click on Boot tab
Tick Safe boot in Boot option
Select Network
Click Apply and OK
Reboot your system

Your system will boot in Safe mode with Networking. You may now try and open Windows Store and should not see any errors.

I was wondering, how can I add one to all the cells in a certain column.
I know there must be a formula for this but I have no idea how to go about it.
Also how would I make a macro for this function.
I will be using it quite often.
I know how to make
a macro but I specifically need to know what the formula is and if it is any different when I want to make it a macro.

Put a 1 in a cell and copy it.
Select the range of numbers and right click - paste special - select 'add' - OK and your done.
Delete the 1
If you want a macro you can have one but I think that's quite quick.

I want to add the values in column P "Billed" (dollar value) based on the value in column R "Type" (M or P) then subtotal by the value in column C "Division" (Ambulatory, Bridgeport, Cancer Care, etc.).

I then want to transfer the subtotals by/with "Division" to another sheet.
