How to Fix - AFTER UPGRADE, BEING LOGGED INTO TEMPORARY PROFILE?

AFTER UPGRADE, BEING LOGGED INTO TEMPORARY PROFILE

After the latest upgrade, when logging in, I am logged into a temporary profile.  I'm choosing the same login, entering password, but profile is TEMP.  How do I fix this?

I've looked online - tried copy/pasting my old profile in the new new TEMP folder, but it doesn't allow me (says I'm not admin - even though I am) & each time I log in, it appears to be creating a NEW temporary profile.

I've tried several times to do a system restore, found a restore point before the issue & it STILL does not work!  I can't even boot in safe mode!
