How to Fix Problem - After restoring to new HDD I get: update installation failed error information 0xc8000247?

After restoring to new HDD I get: update installation failed error information 0xc8000247

My HDD started to get some error sectors, so I backed up and restored to new drive.

Now I get messages saying "This computer is not running genuine windows", and button to resolve online, however, when I attempt to resolve online, it downloads a program WindowsActivationUpdate.exe, but attempting to run that gives error message:
    WindowsActivationTechnolgies
Update Installation Failed: Error Information 0xC8000247

I have see posts which say to run MGADiag.exe and paste the results in here.
So I have pasted them in below, hope you can help me.  I am also see error messages saying that Search has stopped working in OneNote.
There are messages in the event log saying:

The Windows Search service terminated with service-specific error %%-2147217025.

Thanks
Keith
