BSOD 0x0000003b SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION caused by driver win32k.sys

Hi,
I used win 7 earlier it had lots of BSODs so I downgraded to Win XP about 6 months back since it couldn't join homegroup of another win 7 PC at my home so I decided to to again installed Windows 7 after updating my BIOS.
However Im getting BSODs again though
less frequent than it would have been without updating bios ( I used to get BSODs while installing win 7 before updation ).

I do not use any IEEE 1394 device.

My Pc Details:

Kindly help I cant keep on using Windows XP!!!

In this method we will try to Boot in Safe mode with Networking and see if the error still persists.

• Search "MSCONFIG" and Open.
• Click on Boot Tab
• Tick Safe Boot in Boot Option
• Select Network.
• Click Apply and OK.
• Reboot your System.
