Calculating between dates

I’m wanting to create a calculation of Quarterly totals still remaining to be processed from my current forecast report.
My current report checks for values between certain dates in relation to today’s date.
I want the new calculation to have fixed dates,
buy fiscal quarter.
How do I do this?
Here is my formula for the moving date.
=IF(AND(('Store Schedule'!$AT61>TODAY()+90),('Store Schedule'!$AT61

I actually solved my problem using the formula below....

=IF(AND(('Store Schedule'!$AT61>=$A$1),('Store Schedule'!$AT61<=$B$1)),IF('Store Schedule'!$B61="","",IF('Store Schedule'!$AX61="",IF('Store Schedule'!$D61="",0,'Store Schedule'!$Q61))),"")

Were $A$1 = 3/1/2011 and  $B$1 = 5/31/2011
This pulled numbers from another worksheet when the install date fell in the date range defined above.

To check for Windows updates
