I used to have problems with program closing saying windows was the problem but now as of yesterday the program will not even open Neatwoks reply is a lame thing about 3rd party software But I have none of the programs they indicate are the problem can
anyone help Microsoft is supposed to let me know when a solution is available but this is now almost a year later and no solution come on geniuses lets get this problem fixed
