A link won't open when I click on it. There is a small toolbar that pops up all pages open on the internet when you hover over the internet symbol but, when I click on it, the page still doesnt open.

There is a small toolbar that pops up all pages open on the internet when you hover over the internet symbol but, when I click on it, the page still doesnt open.
This frustrates me because I cant get to pages
I want to get to.

Boot in Safe Mode:

• Open Run command as previously described
• Type MSConfig
• Click on Boot tab
• Tick Safe boot in Boot option
• Select Network
• Click Apply and OK
• Reboot your system

Your system will boot in Safe mode with Networking. You may now try and open Windows Store and should not see any errors.
