Cannot merge all Excel spreadsheet data into Word labels

Hello,
I successfully merged an Excel spreadsheet to create simple labels (Last name, first name).
I attempted the same tast with another Excel spreadsheet and all the data does not merge - only the first page of data seems to merge.
I would like to merge the data
from the Excel sheet into Word labels and then save the labels to send as an e-mail attachment.

Thanks for any help - I have re-taken the same steps I took to do this successfully and I cannot see where I am doing anything differently.

Things I have already checked: Each of the 320 names on the spreadsheet are checked; I have tried different "Views" to see if the data in Word is there but somehow hidden; when I save the data and open it again a box pops up and asks if it is OK to retrieve
the data but even when I select OK it is not there.

I did have the problem merging labels from an excel spreadsheet and the printing of the first page only. Don't know if you already tried this, but if not: when completing the merge click on the “Finsh & Merge button drop down arrow under “Mailings”
and then “Edit Individual Documents” and make sure to click on the “All” radio button; or if using the wizard under step 6 click on “Edit individual labels" and then "All."
