I keep getting the message "This screensaver requires a new video card or one that is compatible with Direct3D".
I tried to install the fix KB2159238-x64 but i get the error message 'This update is not applicable to your computer".
If I reinstall the drivers
everything is ok but it only lasts for a few hours then it is back to square one.
I am using windows 7 home premium x64 and my graphics card is Nvidia GeForce GTX 570.
I was able to live with this before as I thought it was only affecting the screensaver but
it is affecting other software and also my new microsoft lifecam will not work until the drivers are reinstalled so basically I have to do this everytime I want to use the webcam.
Is there a fix that I can apply different to KB2159238?
