Connecting to 2 different networks, would like 2 network profiles.

I use my notebook at work, which uses a wired network and a proxy server to connect to the internet, and at home, which is a wireless connection and does not use a proxy server.
Every day I go from home to work, I have to set up my proxy server on the
internet setup control panel and on Firefox.
Then when I come home, I have to change it all back.
Is there anyway to have 2 network profiles, and just activate the appropriate profile for the environment I am in.
Or is there some kind of script that will change
this for me?

Manually editing the Windows registry

• Type "regedit" and hit ENTER.
• In the Registry Editor, select the Error 0x9C-related key (eg. Windows Operating System) you want to back up.

• In the Save In list, select the folder where you want to save the Windows Operating System backup key.
• In the File Name box, type a name for your backup file, such as "Windows Operating System Backup".
• In the Export Range box, be sure that "Selected branch" is selected.
• Click Save.
• The file is then saved with a .reg file extension.
• You now have a backup of your MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION-related registry entry.
