I am running Windows 7 professional.
 I have recently noticed that the Printers option is missing from my control panel.
 Running "control.exe printers" from a command prompt also does not work and there are no printer options in the "Turn Windows
features on and off".
 I am able to access the printers I have installed from printmanagement.msc, and I can see all of my printers as options when I try to print from an application such as MSWord.
 I'm not sure when the problem arose as I've been using my
already installed printers for awhile without a problem, so restoring the system to an earlier point hasn't worked.
 I noticed the problem as I am now wanting to install a new network printer, but having difficulties without this option.
 Any help or suggestions
would be greatly appreciated.
